Joyful Nature

Making Space For What Matters.

You don't have to do it all alone.

You don't have to do it all alone.

Life can become so full.

The responsibilities.  The endless lists.  The people who need you.  The things you keep meaning to get to.

And somewhere in all of that doing, it's easy to lose touch with yourself, and with the things that matter most.

Joyful Nature is about making space.

Space to slow down.  Space to breathe.  Space to reconnect.  Space to receive support.  Space for community.

Sometimes making space means taking time for yourself.

And sometimes it means letting someone else help carry the load.

Joyful Nature brings these ideas together through holistic modalities, practical support and connection.  Because life feels different when we have space to breathe and people to lean on.

Two Ways to Make More Space

Joyful Nature Yoga

Make space for yourself.

Gentle, intentional and private 1:1 yoga sessions created to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and feel supported through the changing seasons of your life.

Joyful Nature Support

Make space in your day.

Sometimes you don't need another system, another app or another productivity hack.  You just need another set of hands.

Practical, personal help with the everyday things that can take up your time and energy.

Why Joyful Nature?

I believe we weren't meant to do everything alone.

Life can ask a lot of us.  Especially in midlife, it can be easy to become so focused on caring for everyone and keeping everything moving that we lose touch with ourselves in the process.

I've been there.

And I've come to believe that support isn't something we should need to earn or wait until we're overwhelmed enough to ask for.

Support should be a normal part of life.

A hand when things feel like too much.

A place to slow down.

Someone to help carry the load.

A community where you can be seen, heard and reminded that you are not alone.

That's what I'm hoping to create through Joyful Nature.

More ease.  More connection.  More space for what matters most.

Hi, I'm Jennifer!

I'm the person behind Joyful Nature.

I'm drawn to supporting people who feel overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected or like they're simply going through the motions.

I love creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and feel supported.

And I love being of service.

I love helping organize a space, finding a more efficient way to do something, caring for animals, running an errand or simply taking something off someone's plate.

For me, these things aren't as separate as they might seem.

They're all ways of helping someone create a little more space, ease and connection in their life.

I'm building Joyful Nature slowly and intentionally, with the hope that it becomes more than a business.

I want it to become a community.

A place where we can support one another, slow down and remember that we don't have to do it all alone.

I'm so glad you're here.

What would help you make a little more space?

Maybe you need a place to slow down.

Maybe you need an extra set of hands.

Maybe you're simply looking for a little more connection.

Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you found Joyful Nature.

You don't have to do it all alone.

Let's make a little more space for what matters.
